If you were advised that there are seven things that your IT Department can do to avoid disaster, would you take action?
I just want to point you to a great post I found on Dr Jim Anderson ‘s blog ‘The Business of IT ‘. Dr Anderson shares with us 7 things to look for in our management behaviors that could lead to crisis. When you read the list, you’ll probably recognize each behavior in terms of recent press about a large corporation – so this is real stuff. If you ignore them, well, I guess you’re accepting the challenge after all!
