One on One Meeting

A One on One Meeting is a meeting you have with just one person, normally your manager or a sub-ordinate.

It is a private meeting between two people – normally to review progress or plan ahead. They’re normally private meetings where employer and employee can discuss work matters without being interrupted.

How the meeting is run depends normally on the style of the manager.
