You need to do a little investigation into your key customer and focus on the platform which they are far more likely to use. A social media presence allows you to increase brand awareness, engage with your community, and also plug products, among other things. You will need a strong brand and website before you go on social media so that you can create joined-up messages and point everyone towards your website.
