Though, don’t expect the law to see it that way because you are still legally liable. As such, you should think about getting as much training as possible for your employees. This will limit the chances of them accidentally causing an incident in your business. You can also use training as a form of defense if an accident does end up the subject of a personal injury claim.

If you are asking your employees to complete a job and you have to ask this question, the answer is probably no. And if that’s the case, you should consider whether they should be completing the role at all. An example of this would be getting employees to move objects when they should be using the equipment. Don’t cut costs by using manual labor rather than tech. Eventually, this will lead to a nasty lawsuit.
