The first right that you have is to feel safe. When you are on the business premises, you have the right to feel safe at your job. To Be Free From Discrimination
You are also entitled to be free from discrimination in the workplace. Now, this can be age, sexuality, race, gender and a number of other things, but none of these should impact the way that people are treating you. The only reflection of you should be the way that you are with other people and how well you do your job, that’s it. If there are any comments, threats, or anything that is counted as discrimination, then you must notify someone higher up in the business than you. This is illegal, and the person or people who are discriminating against you should be punished.

Finally, you are entitled to be paid for any work that you carry out on behalf of someone else. As an employee, everything that you do is for the benefit of the company and for your boss, and you have a right to be paid for this. If your employer is holding money that you have earned away from you and refuses to give it, then you should look into getting a wage theft attorney to help you fight your case. Any jobs that you have completed you should be paid for as stipulated in your contract or any other form of communication. If your employer is being unreasonable, then leave it to the attorney to sort on your behalf.
