I am Simon Stapleton (MBA, BSc), an experienced Technical Professional in the IT sector. Personal development excites me and I feel passionate about helping other Technical Professionals develop themselves and their careers. So I set up simonstapleton.com to provide our community with helpful advice and information that I have gathered from my own experiences, the experiences of others and other sources from across the Web. I have worked worldwide and currently live in Gloucestershire, England. I’ve had the pleasure of working for some of the world’s largest software companies as well as several startups. My most recent position has involved building a profitable fledgling business in the Financial Services sector to over $1Billion in value in 5 years. As well as a content-rich source of information, I also run short courses for professionals taking their first steps to serious career development, as well as for experienced professionals.
