I strongly recommend you take a look at it. What I like is the tips are simple and straightforward, and anyone can implement them – you don’t have to be top brass. And they’re fun! Like making friends. The article suggests practicing public speaking – a hot tip I can’t recommend enough myself ! It also recommends open communication – no jargon – again something I think is crucial .
