Who will be visiting this premises? If clients and potential clients will be visiting, it needs to be easily accessible. For example, you should have parking, transport links nearby, and anything else that will enable people to get to you seamlessly. You should also consider how your staff will get into work.
On top of being easily accessible, you’ll want to make sure that your premises looks the part too. It needs to make a great impression. What will people think when they arrive?

Make sure you know exactly how you can get out of the contract/lease – when is it up? Will there be charges? It’s a good idea to choose something that doesn’t tie you down too heavily, as you just never know when you may need to move. You might grow faster than expected, or it might turn out that you need to downsize.
