Bad management isn’t necessarily a person who bosses employees about. Bad management doesn’t necessarily mean nasty management. It can simply mean inconsistent management. Management that isn’t bothering to keep employees engaged, or even management that attempts to micromanage and put rules in place that hinder rather than help. For example, telling your employees that they can’t talk to each other is a recipe for disaster!
