		<description>This applies to everyone in an organization I guess, not just in IT! The important thing for IT folks is to balance perfectionism and pragmatism perfectly. We can get so anal about technology at times and forget the purpose of it in business!</description>

So true!  Many of us forget that.  Regardless of the technology and/or whether it is the newest and best technology, it has deliver VALUE to the organization or its worthless.</description>
