Grab This Unconditional and No-Strings Offer Of Support Through These Hard Times

Posted by: Simon    Tags:  coaching, mentorship, support, tough times    Posted date:  September 17, 2008  |  Comment

I know how hard these times of uncertainty are. I remember the DotCom boom, and the DotCom bust.  In the days after the bust in the early 00s, the prospect of technology jobs looked bleak – worse than now I believe in fact. You might have seen photos of a developer standing by the roadside with a placard saying ‘I will code for food’. The uncertainty is causing stress and anxiety in us.

Are you affected by the economic downturn? Is your job under serious threat? Or are you insulated? Let us know…

Post the DotCom bust, I coached and mentored several people through the tough times. Many people had been laid off, or were under notice that their job was under threat. I remember one guy in the US who at one point contemplated suicide. It was that serious. Another person in London was at the point of filing for bankruptcy after being paid a 6-figure salary.

I believe that the support of someone who has experienced these tough times is invaluable, and that’s what I am offering. Whether it be someone to be a sounding board, a shoulder to cry on, or whatever is needed. Without any strings, or conditions, I am offering anyone in IT this support.

But if you miss this opportunity, Subscribe to my RSS Feed and my Email Newsletters for more career and personal development advice!

Obviously, there is a limit on the number of people who I can provide this support to, so get in touch quickly before my diary is filled. And I might be restricted by location (I am currently in the UK), so the support might be provided over the phone, email, chat, etc…

If you are in need of my support, then you can contact me using the details on my ‘About‘ page.

Good Luck!
