Asking questions is one of the most elegant ways of leadership I think. Listening to answers is equally one of the most elegant skills of leadership. Both must go together to be of any real value. As a coach i know the value of asking good questions. And just as important is listening to the answers. I see too many people asking questions with no desire to listen to the answer.
